Ellen's farewell : Karaoke session

Intially, we went to MTrack. We were frustated of the system. We took ages to pick a song, coz we need to search songs through song's book. Besides that, most of the chinese, malay or english song don't have MV's. The background was Korean MV's. I think MTrack just suitable for korean people only. After an hour, we moved to K-Box. We asked the receptionist whether they have korean songs. They said, yes, but korean songs have different system. If we choose korean system, then can't sing other languages song. At the end, we didn't choose korean system. Pity, Ellen. Hehehe. Anyway, she can sing pretty good english song. Check it out the video. Jessica very good too. ;)

Roasted Duck with rice

Today had roasted duck with rice, reminded me of my parent. Whenever they bought roasted pork for my lunch (usually on weekend), they will try to get me roasted duck (only drumstick). I love it very much. Thank you mum and dad. ;)

Aloe vera? I like the display. If i'm not wrong, it was display at skin therapy shop. I guess most of the skin therapy products or display like to choose plant (green), fruits colour, anything look fresh and clean - to attract customers. What if the product itself with green colour or orange colour? Will you still buy it? Moisturising cream (green colour) applied on your face. LOL

I passed by High Street, saw this shining blue deer from one of the shop along High street. If it does move, will be look better. Christmas toy display always remind me of christmas movie. They usually can move on christmas eve. Miracle! Miracle!

Today, we made beetroot salad. Everyone got excited to decorate it nicely. Even Fady got excited too. He asked us to leave the beetroot salad on the bench. Everyone took out their own camera to capture it.

Lunch Picnic [part 1] : korean dishes

Last sunday, we had BBQ party. Most of us didn't turn up including me. :P
Fady kinda dissappointed. Min Hee take initiative to cook korean dishes for all of us, and of course made special portion for Fady. We all love Fady. ;)
Greek Salad
Fady made it during demo class.
Waldorf salad
Fady made this too.
Jap-chae
Sweet Potato noodles with vegetables. Eun Hee made it, very nice. I like it.
Kimbap
It similar with japanese sushi, but bigger size and taste slightly different. Korean dishes usually put sesame oil. Min Hee made a lot for us. She told us that she need to cook the rice for three times.
Bap
Korean rice taste better. Eun Hee told me that they usually bought expensive rice cooker, the result really different from other asian rice serving.
Teokbokki
Spicy rice cake. That's my favorite, Min Hee know that. Hehehehe.

SNEK KU
I'm not sure about this brand "SNEK KU", so far i just know "Mi-Mi", taste almost the same though.
"ranmi" - Dried Codfish with wasabi and sesame seeds
It taste quite good with wasabi and sesame seed, first time trying it.
Haw Flakes
Now only i know this snack called Haw Flakes. Anyway, i don't know what is Haw?
Taipei Egg Crips with sesame seeds
I prefered pork floss or seaweed filling.
After asian grocery open next door, i can enjoy asian snacks whenever i want. ;)

I saw this little boy in the tram while i'm on my way to work. He is soo cute and good boy. He sat there quitely and didn't talk to his mum. After a while, his mum started to use sign language to communicate with him. I was a bit shocked. At that time, i wondered which one is mute, his mum or himself? When i almost reached my workplace, he replied his mum with sign language and voice came out from his mouth "No". I guess his mum had a hard time in her life, trying to communicate with him, as well as he need to learn sign language to understand his mum. You will be a good kid in future. Go SpiderKid! ;)
