Foo Nam Kopitiam

Today i went to OLD TOWN Kopitiam at chinatown. I guess franchise from malaysia. That's reminded me about childhood. My grandma opened a "bakuteh" restaurant at klang, and it was only two restaurant selling bakuteh that time. My family was one of them. Till now some people still remembered my family bakuteh restaurant, coz it was quite popular that time and busy. "Foo Nam" kopitiam was the restaurant name i guess. I'm not sure whether my grandma open kopitiam first then only sell bakuteh or the bakuteh restaurant named "FooNam" kopitiam. I only know some people called her "Foo Nam Soh" meaning Foo Nam auntie. I was keep thinking whether my mum interested to go back to f&b business or not. i called her when i'm on the way home. She told me she now quite popular at SGI. They wanna her to cook bakuteh every week. Cook for many people, i guess. Everyone like her bakuteh. I asked her whether she interested to open at melbourne or not. My dad and mum are school bus driver. They are hardworking and it was tough job. I suggested to her to sell buses and premises, then open a restaurant at melbourne. She asked me to let her know how much money need to invest. I really interested to open a restaurant and let everyone know how good my mum's cooking. She like cooking and cook well. Her specialities, bakuteh, taro cake, popiah, meehunkeh, dumpling(bah chang), pork chop (every year made around thousand pieces and give away to my grandma's friends). Anyone interested to be shareholder, please let me know. ;)

Year 2008

Year 2008 ending very soon, i hope that just end like that. LOL, sounds depressing right? I done so much this year, that i'm not sure i can be myself anymore or not. I reached the stage that i don't want to share anything about myself to anyone, that's why nothing updated on my blog nor my flickr. Am i really happy at Melbourne? LOL.
I hope blogging might help me to express myself again....guys, i'm trying.....
