My mum's pork chop still the best. My grandma always asked my mum to make alot of pork chop, everytime need to make at least 1,000 pieces, sometimes up to 2,000 pieces. That's alot! Many people asked her the recipe and she willing to give, but still they can't make it as nice as my mum do. I recorded her when she was making the pork chop. *in hokkien*
